Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Big Brain they were all very nice, profesional, and efficient. Although they were super busy and full they still made sure to check you in and have you take a seat, updated me on wait time which was great and simply made me feel comfortable versus other places I have gone to and they don t even acknowledge you.

I got my septum pierced with Smitty and hands down I recommend him 100%. He s knowledgeable, clean, professional and super funny. He respected the fact I was a bit nervous and also educated me on what I was doing. It s important to go with a professional and Smitty is the one!
