I've been going to this place since I was 10 years...

I've been going to this place since I was 10 years old. The only reason why I stayed was because of Dr. Madeline Mbuyamba, she is awesome. She used to be my pediatrician and now she is my daughter's. Other than that, the front desk is awful, they are rude and they don't give a crap about the patients. I tried to book an appointment for my daughter and they only had in November, I said that's fine. Then I get a call back saying my daughter's insurance wasn't active, i told them I knew that but I was taking care of it and it wasn't good until November I would pay out of pocket not a problem, they said no and that they couldn't schedule it only when her insurance was all set. So I got the insurance all set, and I tried calling Saturday before labor day weekend to book the appointment for November, they said I had to call back on Tuesday to make and appointment? Ridiculous. I always try to see the good in people but their front desk, there's no way with them. FIRST IMPRESSION IS EVERYTHING!
