I ENJOYED using Uber. I did make a mistake and gave a driver 1star and have been trying to change my rating to 5 stars but can not contact anyone. You should have a way for your customers to email, text or call.
I feel terrible about my mistake and now this young man has to suffer a lower rating average because of me. Please contact me and change his ratings to a five star because he did an excellent job.
