We had a horrible experience. We using this app. We used it during our trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The host accused us of taking some bed cover sheets, we showed our bags to the host to proved that we didn t have the blankets. The host charged the amount from our credit card, even knowing that we didn t have the blankets. We end up moving to a Best Eestern Hotel. I wouldn t recommend this app since they don t take the time to research about the hosts and the places and we as users end up facing this type of risks and problems.
