We were really unsure where to spend our anniversary and when we came across the idea of paradise stream, we were sold. After booking I was skeptical with the reviews, I read things like it was outdated and some of the room turned up dirty. But upon arrival I had expressed my concerns with the front desk associate Donna, and she had exceeded all expetations of the room. She had called to make sure my room was perfect and the setting was very special for us. Charlie the engineer was called to replace the wire on the radio, and as soon as he left we had received complementary special Gift Cortesy of paradise stream, but I personally will have to write a very big thank you to Donna for going out of her way to make us feel special. I can't express how awesome Donna and Charlie were, I would book here again just to receive the outstanding service. The room was clean and welcoming and it didn't take us long I feel at home. Excellent stay
