I spoke with a rep that was extremely rude, the question i had may have been dumb to him, but to me it was very important! he was very condescending, I said i don't want to speak with you, he sent me back to hold for 30 minutes, I'm very upset, what a horrible experience! It's nice to know our tax dollars are being wasted on very bad phone agents!
