After speaking with David Anderson I was happy to easily get an appointment time that worked with my schedule. I brought in my Rav-4 after seeing the maintenance light turn on. David was kind enough to check my vehicles' history to tell me that an oil change would not be needed and that the car should be sent for a check-up to resolve the issues.
