My experience on Monday was not what I was expecting. We got to Ray Chevy at 10:30am and started working with Kasey. I made it a point to say I had to get to work which is all the way past Milwaukee by 5pm which required me to leave at 3pm. I was told that if everything works out we would be out before then or on time. Well the entire time it seemed like we were waiting on the sales manager to help us. We are not the most ideal customer to work with and we understood that. We made it a point to say if what we want doesn t work we understand and we can wait for another time! I appreciate them helping us but it seemed like they really didn t have anything for us and they kept us there for five hours for nothing. The sales manager said he was going to call around to some banks and try and get us a brand new Chevy trax for the price/payments we wanted. Which is nice but at the same time prior to that they wanted me to pay for a brand new 2018 Chevy trax with 5,000 miles on it. So we felt we were starting to get scammed. But once we said we had to leave for me to go to work we were told the minute we leave then they are done trying to help us. We said if he could get us the 2019 Chevy trax for the stuff we agreed upon then we would come back Wednesday to sign the papers! The sales manager literally kept cutting us off and wouldn t listen to us and just said have a nice day. Still haven t received a call back about how it was going to work or not. Guess I need to look and take my business somewhere else.
