I will never go here ever again. They literally tried to psychically yank one of my piercings out of my ear as an attempt to get it out. WITHOUT GLOVES OR WASHING THEIR HANDS PRIOR. She was also so rude when I began to panic. I believe her name was Kaylee or something. Needless to say, she caused my piercing to tear putting me in immense pain. (Keep in mind this piercing is less than a few months old) After they released me I went straight to my piercer. Luckily for me it was nothing that couldn't be fixed with a some babying. I understand the saftey risk of keeping jewelry while being immited into the hospital but did you seriously have to yank it and cause me to bleed? So unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.
