I was very happy with the services provided by both Matt (the first responder) and Romer (the installer). Matt provided me with options and pricing for fixing versus replacing and organised the replacement toilet within 48 hours. Romer turned up on time, installed the new toilet in record time and cleaned up afterwards. Great job by both of them.
