Such a fun place to go. Would have loved to know about the expense of peak days however, it's a little pricy but it's such a large and well modeled zoo. Went to the electric safari and I must say, it was so much better and bigger than the Denver Zoo lights. Don't get me wrong I still love the Denver Zoo and it fits my budget better, but you must go to the cheyenne mountain zoo at least once. Your family will love to feed the giraffes and watch the animal demonstrations. Actually I loved it myself and I am past a child's age.
