They don't deserve a single star. This company is terrible, im not sure how this people sleep at night. I never received any papers stating that I had a collections account with them. They just served me papers out of the blues. When I called to discuss my account, Megan I think was her name, had the worst beside manners, super rude and unhelpful. I paid my account and I hope I never cross paths with them again.
Also, whats up with the automated responses on negative reviews? They won't even make the time to respond to people's reviews, pathetic.
