Traveled winter 2016 from Miami to Cuba. In Miami, I was stopped because my visa was in the wrong color. After speaking with the Visa Expert, I was advised to take photos to purchase a new visa on the premises subject to my being refunded when I returned home. For five months now I have written mail, called customer service and showed up at the office without being refunded. After talking to the general manager I was told "that there was nothing wrong with the visa they were selling" and "that I could not prove that the client manager had said I would be refunded". If the error lies in the fact that I was tricked into buying a new visa by Spirit airliens I can live with. But I have never experienced similar to poor customer care. The visa expert has cost me a lot of frustration and time.
