Staff were fabulous in keeping me informed though my surgery day. I have been visiting various departments for over 2 years. The day surgery ream reminded me of how effective the team are within the hospital. Ensureing that my needs were met throughout the process. Ensuring information was given in a clear and consice manner.

Both before and after staff were pleasant and more than willing to assist. Even bringing medication down to the recovery room from my bag.

Mr Hunter and his team were very efficient. I felt very much a part of my care plan and understood any risk related to my surgery prior to signing the dotted line.

The day surgery ward nurses were great allowing me to be placed next to the lady I had started chatting with in the recovery room. This extra length made my day.
