The operator did not sound like she knew what she was doing, and held a conversation with a someone in the office between talking to me. It was confusing. I asked about whether or not I needed to contact my local water authority and she told me no, only to find out later I did which delayed us further. I will say they responded quickly, however after two minutes of just looking from a distance they informed us the repairs would be over $10,000. They seemed surprised when I wanted a second opinion and I felt I was being pressured to take their offer, they did decrease the price a bit when I said I'd call them back. I was able to contact a different contractor who did my repairs for a fraction of the cost and a fraction of hassle. My repairs have been holding long enough now that I feel certain the issue has been completely resolved correctly. When I told someone of my experience they told of two other people they knew who had work done by them at a much higher cost than what they should have paid. If you like spending lots of money they might do a good job, and they seemed to have the resources to get stuff done ASAP. However if you don't have like to basically light money on fire call your local contractor, get a reference from a friend it will be a much better route.
