I recently purchased a used minivan here. The customer service was great and the salesman was eager to do right by us and get us what he could to seal the deal.
That being said, I felt slightly fooled into the additional package for the vehicle. The finance person would not answer the question about how much each package cost, but rather showed me how much the monthly payment would be with each package. Other than the finance situation, I was satisfied.
