Review of Millenium Broadway Hotel

I reserved a room, I was unable to go to the hotel...

I reserved a room, I was unable to go to the hotel that night due to unforeseen situations. A couple days later I saw that I was charged in full for a stay I never had. I tried to call and rectify the situation but to no avail. I was given a number to accounting to which I left several messages and no one has yet to return my call. This is very unprofessional and frustrating. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not been contacted.
