Hello,
We just bought two air-conditioners from Omega, who happen to leave a little flyer in our letterbox. Flyer arrived at an opportune time because we were contemplating buying an conditioner for Christmas.
From the time I made the enquiry call to now I cannot fault any aspect of the job done.
Jack came out and did the quotation & I was absolutely taken by his knowledge, advice and professionalism. There was nothing left to doubt.
Kevin, the technician, arrive when he said he was going to arrive and got stuck into doing the job with two other fellows, can t recall their names. Throughout the course of the day all three did not stop working except to ask questions about positioning components.
Throughout the whole day all three guys were courteous, good humoured & demonstrated the utmost professionalism.
Needless to say I would recommend Omiga to anybody interested in getting a new conditioner.
All four guys we met, are a credit to your organisation.
