I have purchased my bike through Got Bikes. I had the flexibility to choose from the online catalog. James helped me pick up the bike which best suits my height and weight. I was able to test ride a similar bike, just to get a feel. Though I did not return the bike, the service let me do that if I didn't like it. I will recommend anyone who is buying a bike to try out his service.

James fixed flat tire for me several times. The service was prompt and quality was excellent. One time, he even did a pickup/drop-off.

As a person, James is very friendly and at the same time very professional. He has excellent knowledge about the service he provides.
