I stayed here about 5 years ago,it was convenient ...

I stayed here about 5 years ago,it was convenient and nice enough ,I talked my boss to check our group into having us stay here, big mistake...this will be mine and the company's last time here. The attitude is very unprofessional. I have worked top celebrities for over 30 years, even they don't behave that rude. Hospitality should be the aim of the hotel , not pretending to be something they're not .
