Very pleased! I purchased a vehicle and GEM financed the car. A month after I purchased the car I had an engine issue. Emily Williams, my account advocate, was very VERY helpful, even when I was a bit irate. She held her cool and made a VERY infuriating situation tolerable. Even though I was being rude, she could see I was just upset and did EVERYTHING she could to make the situation better, and calmed me down in the process! Throughout the entirety of my situation she followed up with me, even when the dealership didn't. Emily made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. THANK YOU EMILY!!!

I had 2 auto loans thru them. With me making payments on time I raised my credit score high enough to buy a vehicle from a dealership. And when my vehicle was in the shop for repairs they helped me with my payments. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to rebuild their credit.

Ive gotten 2 cars through them. If you make your payments you have nothing to worry about. I got laid off twice last year and the worked with me

They were great always worked with me and very understanding people I was a great experience and the car was a great vehicle if in the future I need to buy another car I would go through them

They are really great people. I love how friendly they are and how they talk to me like I m part of the team. Ally has really helped me out in the past couple of weeks and I really appreciate that kind of of customer service. You guys rock!

I already wrote a review on automart 150. Same goes here. Nothing but a bunch of unprofessional crooks. Especially Tina who I believe is a manager. Has quite the smart mouth on her..but only over the phone I'm sure. No matter how hard times are for you, please don't deal with them. You will regret it.

Nice, friendly people. I got a car through them 3 months ago and I needed my car looked at. Jayme took care of setting up an appointment for me to get it looked at. Got my car fixed and told about every step taken. Overall a awesome experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Such a great staff! While things were a little in disarray due to COVID, they were still always available for any questions and were willing to accommodate any arrangements that needed to be made. I am a little bummed my vehicle is now paid off and I will not be speaking with anyone on staff regularly but I am very thankful for all their help this last year and half.

Great people to work with! Alley went above and beyond to rectify my problem even though it wasn't covered on my warranty! Very pleased with my choice to do business with them!

A great bunch of folks. Helped me with a couple of issues, paid it off, got into another one, n recently, had to get my daughter one. So on my third one. Couldn't b any happier!! Thx Gem!! U r the Gem n the crown of finance!!

RIP OFFS !!!!! Worst auto loan ever, first of all they dont tell you that the warranty they offer barely covers anything. Super HIGH interest rates and over priced cars. I made the mistake of getting a car through them, under a year later it started to fall apart after the warranty that doesn't cover barely anything expired. I contacted them to see if they could help with repairs and they said they would give me a side note which is a secondary loan to help with repairs but had to take it to a certain place to have it repaired which was way over priced probably a relative of one of the crooks I would guess. So they said i needed to come up with 20 percent of the costs and they would loan me the rest 3 weeks later I called to take it in and the lying crooks said that they wouldn't help now. Come to find out the value of the car was under $2000 and I still owed over $10000 on it. Way overpriced junk cars is all they help with

I actually like them. They are very understanding and work with you. They make me feel good when I make my payments too.. <3
