My case was dismissed. Jeannie made all this very easy for me: never had to meet (simply faxed her documents, etc) She was quick to return my initial call and took her time understanding my case. She was totally reliable, on her game, and I could not be more happy. I did read a review that complained of additional charges and that person did not actually state things accurately: There is a charge for the attorney (flat fee) and then if you negotiate the case/settle there can be additional charges (of course) instead of paying the ticket. Price was fair, service was outstanding and made my life and time management easy. The outcome: EXCELLENT ! The ticket being dismissed means it is not on my record - at all. THANK YOU !!
