The lack of care and compassion the ER shows is very sad! This hospital has went downhill very fast. If I could give it 0 stars, I would have. They seem to think that excruciating pain in the middle of the night deems you a person only there wanting pain meds, even if you NEVER go there and have never even been prescribed strong pain medication other than when you gave birth. If Dr Laura Williams was any kind of dr, she would have noticed that in my chart, had she taken the time to look! Do better Floyd Medical!! I will never recommend this facility!
