If you rely on this company for your payroll, your best bet is to move on. The manager Sharon and her incompetent employee Jill are the worst. They are passive aggressive, condescending, racist and rude. They not only lack customer service, but are stubborn and lazy procrastinators who don't know how to receive a simple fax, speak to an employee properly or respect the person they are speaking to. Any smart chief director would sniff out rotten apples like these two, and replace them with kinder, more knowledgeable and tolerant employees that serve the people and bring traffic to the company. If you have to endure these women in any kind of communication and find they are incompetent, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The way they speak to clients is egregious, appalling and ignorant. I would never hire these women for anything. It's not very hard to speak to people with care. It's not so very hard to take the time to get to know the clients and find out a way to help any issues and resolve it quickly. With Sharon and Jill, it's a mean girls game; a micro-aggression that has turned into a full blown derelict of duty. People in the outside world should not have to deal with these two women. It is pretentiousness at another level. I will not be dealing with this company ever again. It's employees are a reflection of the company. If these women are still there, then it's a sign the company does not want to move forward or make any money.
