Last month while traveling we found ourselves in need of assistance as we were stuck in the mud near the Grand Canyon. I phoned, & Ben Thrailkill responded. He was professional & very caring - even checking back on us later as we waited for the tow truck out of Flagstaff to assist us. Ben was polite & concerned about our safety; he provided us with a telephone number to use when we were finally free. When I texted that we finally on our way, he responded quickly.
