My wife and I have had a long, satisfying association with Ennik Estates, particularly with Kevin Blacklock and Ewa and her team. This goes back to 2009 when we negotiated the purchase of our property in Paulshof at the time. This purchase was handled with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Upon our move away from Gauteng to the coast in 2016, they then put in hard work into selling the same property which unfortunately fell through at the 11th hour due to purchaser capital problems.
This same hard work and dedication was performed recently with the final sale of our Paulshof property. This was mainly with Sue Venter at the helm, over the last Christmas period, under extremely difficult market conditions when they all needed a well deserved annual break. There was never a time when we could not make contact and get advice and guidance. They found good buyers and firstly, had to sell their property, in order to secure our sale. This was all done in an extraordinary short period of time. Even the transferring attorney, on signing the final documentation, was stunned with the efficient and flawless way the two sales were carried out!
