I started with Silkin in 2008 mostly because my practice was not growing for three years in a row. I researched other consultants, talked with a few, and came to the conclusion that they wanted me to change my practice into a cookie cutter mold of their ideal practice. I filled out a consulting questionnaire through a business journal that Silkin received, and the changes began. I went with them because they wanted me to learn to evaluate and correct my practice problems so I did not have to rely on them forever. 2009 was a year for change...learning to evaluate my practice from patients to personnel...and helping me grow 30% that year when the economy was tanking all around me. 2010 was an entire year of continued consulting calls, but was mostly done with the knowledge I had learned from Silkin the year before. I still occasionally use their consulting expertise, but am very thankful for the skills they taught me. This was a very positive experience that left me with the knowledge of how to function as a dental office while those around me continue to struggle. It was a great choice for me.
