I signed up for a 30 day plan due to employer coverage gap. They continued to charge my card for three additional months. When I called to dispute this they informed me that the 30 day plan I signed up for "didn't exist" and I'd signed up for a 6 month plan. I believe this company is unethical and scams customers.
