All those that I dealt with--from the receptionist who answered the phone to my technician--were awesome! My technician, Gabrielle, was quick to troubleshoot my problem and I never got a sense I was being ripped off by him. Most importantly, he took the time to explain the issue to me and taught me different methods to prevent issues with our AC unit. This is something that you typically don't see because it's usually the case that a company wants to squeeze every penny they can out of you. Would highly recommend Gabrielle and Gillece!
