We've been using CampMinder for about 2 years now, and we love it. The user interface is pretty intuitive, but you definitely need some time to get used to it since it is such a comprehensive tool. The guides they supply are usually enough, but in a rush I just call their support which might be the best thing about CampMinder.

The support team is truly amazing, I've never had an unpleasant call or been met with a support member who seemed disinterested in my calls. I am truly impressed by their quality and care for their customers.
