Review of Wildhorse Resort

I want to say first of all, I am a regular visitor...

I want to say first of all, I am a regular visitor and a good customer. I really enjoy Plateau: the service is excellent and the food is to die for. The rooms are quite nice as well, and I have stayed on several occasions even in the Vista Suite.

I am an Appaloosa player, meaning I give my fair share of money to the casino and generously spend my time with certain games. Most namely is craps. I will drive all the way from Walla Walla just to throw the dice around.

I'm not here to gripe about how much I won/lost because I'm gambling and it's a casino and most weren't built on winners. I'm writing this review to express my extreme displeasure with the dealers at the craps table. Try gambling when the crew that is dealing craps to you acts like a punk, teenage gang. Try having them put you down when you try to joke around with them while you are in the process of losing money. It's truly an awful experience when they intentionally find ways to get under your skin: namely when they move the dice too fast for you to get your bets in and when you call them out, because you're being rushed, they cry "no bet" as if to say they couldn't handle the pressure or just simply didn't want to put in the effort. And try the stickman chirping "seven" in the middle of a dice throw...are they serious? By far, the worst table etiquette I have seen.

I tried to express my displeasure, but they told me it was my fault and that I needed to "hurry up" and place my bets faster. Great customer service if you ask me, and especially to a loyal customer.

To top if off, when confronted with a few nuances to craps that only applied to this casino, as I have never encountered 50 cent commission on a 4 or 10 buy bet for $15, they gave me a response that pretty much made me feel like an idiot.

Needless to say, I wanted to complain, but I couldn't get ahold of the floorman as he was busy with roulette because there were quite a few people playing over there. Funny enough, I even had a free room last night, but I was so distraught with the service, that I left and went straight home (and I wasn't even down any money for the evening in terms of my bankroll).

Tip for all, avoid this place. The service is horrible on the gaming floor. Plateau is amazing but absolutely not worth the trip if the main attraction has trash service.
