I ordered some distressed old wood flooring. Wait...

I ordered some distressed old wood flooring. Waited 8 weeks for delivery and they actually stripped the surface off the floor and delivered it as new oak.
Who would order distressed wood and then strip the surface off and deliver that.
I think this company is incompitent and would never use them.
