no Phone, no refund and no replies from QMF -
I ordered two phones, one of which had unacceptably poor battery life. I returned it for a refund stating specifically that I didn t want an exchange as I was unhappy with the quality of items sent to me. They eventually proceeded to dispatch another phone anyway which I refused delivery of and this has now been returned to them. I have since had no acknowledgement or response to my emails so after several weeks of silence on their part I am having to take legal action to recover the money I paid.
