Hello, I submitted my medical and optical bills. It's been over 2 months and there is no answer. I received an e-mail two weeks ago to return the documents. I re-sent all the documents mentioning my reference number on all documents. there is still no response from the customer relations service. There is no answer even after sending repeated emails. There is no update in the client area as well. Worse after sales service. They called me repteadly when buying the insurance. But now they do not show up.
