Date is Oct. 8 at 1pm. Yellow cab number 67 cuts me off at airline and 45 north, doesn't use his blinker to get over makes a wide turn into the left lane. Then cuts me off for the 2nd time as he turns on the first street once again with no use of his blinker. I go around him and the guy is on his phone and I call to report this and they place me on hold for 15 with no answer it just hangs up, so I'll voice my opinion this way. THIS IS WHY YOU ARE LOOSING BUSINESS TO UBER, LYFT AND Those types of apps... look at the types of drivers y'all got out on the streets....
