I went there to pick up a m3 and the guy who I dealt with was not willing to work out a price. He gave me one number and would not work even a dollar off of it. I tried and told him that I would take the car the same day but he wouldn't budge and literally didn't care enough to make a sale. I left the dealer and came back a few days later with a lease broker. The lease broker got me a really great price with the help of a manager and because of that I ended up taking the m3 and m4 they had in stock on the same day. As for customer service, this dealer is definitely not worth going to without a lease broker because they do not take a customer seriously. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. On top of that, the service department does not provide loaners even if you reserve one because they say they don't have enough or that they are all out. I don't get how they can give away a loaner that has been reserved. Overall the only reason I still bought the cars from here was because they had the exact specifications I needed. Otherwise I would definitely go somewhere else.
