Came in expecting to speak with the internet sales...

Came in expecting to speak with the internet sales manager with a quote that was approved and offered by their head manager Charles. When I got there, Charles was not there and the internet manager refused to speak with me. Their salesman sat me down for an hour trying to explain why I cannot get that same price anymore. Why would you tell me to come in then?? They didn t even let me see the car. I heard things like forget about it and you re never going to get anywhere in life with that mentality. Baffling. Purchased my vehicle from Brown s much better prices and friendly staff.
