I bought 2 vehicles from the toyota. I m sure the dealership is fine. But I had bad experience about Johnstons toyota maintenance service department. They forgot to notice me on time when I was in waiting room waiting last time. No responded to the regards I had. With not friendly customer service I received. It was had very good service person Brain Casey is no longer there. He is best kind service person I ever met in Johnstons at 3 years ago . I m come back for my vehicle service today just because there is only the one toyota dealership closed to me.
