I have called this organization three times with no resolution. This company has miss-applied and lost payments. I am still in school and pay every month. Two months they did not credit my loan and with further investigation I saw that they were applying previous loan payments to the date at the start of the semester-not the date of the actual payment. This has cost my hundreds of dollars in additional interest which they are not willing to correct or admit that they made a mistake. Sadly I cannot go through a different organization for my student loans. But if you are in the market looking-go elsewhere! I cannot stress that enough.

4.4.18 Update-Finally spoke with a representative who stated "We simply follow Department of Education Policy and we cannot change that"
Well you (Granite State Management) can be more responsive, truthful and have just a little integrity.

Again, I cannot stress this enough. GO ELSEWHERE for your loans! Ask your financial aid department who they use. If I had known that the school I am attending only uses this organization, I would have went elsewhere.
