They make my mom pay $200 and then they not longer receive me anymore, n never give the money back, that it s not right YMCA, I m sad because I switch the school because YMCA didn t want to be responsible in case something happens to me, doesn t make any sense because that s why my parents pay money for someone to take care of me. YMCA don t care about children

My son loved the camp and is already asking to go back next summer.

I love the Y in Catonsville. I'm always greeted when I get there, the place is always clean, and it is never over crowded. Best value for a family.

My daughters love going to Camp Hashawa. I highly recommend it to other parents. When they're picked up Friday they're already asking when they can go back.

I love their headstart program at Edmondson. Since my son(Jahleel)started in October he just blossomed!! The Staff are wonderful!!! Big shout out to Mrs. Copeland and Mrs. Johnson!!!

My family loves the Y after care, nice family friendly group.

The staff are so wonderful! They are always greating you with a smile and, work at 110% everyday. I love that they are nurturing and genuinely care about the children.

The YMCA staff at our childrens' school are amazing. They truly care about the kids and they provide a friendly environment for them to play and learn after school. I highly recommend the program at your local school if it's available.

My daughter really enjoyed Camp Illchester. I appreciated the flexible hours, variety of activities including crafts and science experiments and archery. Good safety protocols in place.

Outstanding experience! Moms with kids with ADHD will understand me. After failure at 4 different daycares this was our last chance. My son was misbehaving, throwing mulch, punching, spitting, not listening... I was frustrated as we talked to him prior to dropping off. And he agreed to listen. But my phone rang at 1pm and I was picking him up holding a note from a teacher... We came to YMCA in Westminster... I explained, what was going on. I am tough mom so misbehaving is not accepted in our family... I was told they will try their best, I promised my child will try his best as well. I had no phone calls throughout first day... Is everything ok, I asked picking him up? Yep, no problems at all, he is amazing child, was the answer. I did not believe my ears... Next day I heard the same and day after as well, and again and again. I was happy, my child was happy and calm. We are back this year and will be back again to see those amazing couches again. Thank you, guys! Bless you all!

Great customer service, family oriented, clean.....there is something for everyone.

My ex wife and I didn't need the Y (technically) after I retired. However, my daughter loves going and has become super close to the Y staff. She asked if she could continue going after 3rd grade, just to be around them. She loves the activities and additional time with her friends too. The Y staff aren't just Y employees. They've become close family friends. I am forever grateful for them. Thanks to Melissa and Karen, especially!

The location is very convenient. No worries about transporting kids to after school care .The Y employees are always very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, my daughter loves going there .

I love Y head Start. Is a best place for kids to learn

Y camp was inexpensive (relative to other similar quality experiences) and included free before and aftercare. My child had a TON of fun!! It is good for my kiddo to get outdoors. Y camp was able to confidently care for my child's allergy and asthma needs. It was reasonably easy to speak with someone when concerns arose. We did three weeks of Traditional Camp at Camp Ilchester

The Summer camp counselors are friendly and engaged. The kids have a really good time. There are enough activities that there is never a moment of boredom. Before and after care is amazing. My kid loved pizza Friday and swimming every day.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. My son looks forward to meeting new friends and playing/learning hands on. Great experience!

I am grateful for the Y. My daughter has been a part of the Y programs since she was a baby. Staff is helpful, considerate, communicates well, kind, and uses good judgement. Very thankful for the Y camp and will continue to use them in the future! :)

My son attends Towson Y camp every summer. It is affordable and he enjoys the field trips in the adventurer group.

I love the fact they have a program for low income family

This organization is super supportive of not only the child but the entire family. The organization strives for success in the child and parent(s) great team work and awesome work ethic i have 1 child currently attending and 1 child who has graduated out so amazing.

My son is a shy kid but the after school program at the Y has help him come out his shell. He enjoys the staff especially Miss T and Miss Ivory, it's a few others but my memory I can't remember names. The environment is always welcoming and clean. The kids are safe there and the staff is so professional. It was the best decision I made for my son.thanks for all you do.

We love the Catonsville Y Camp. My girls have fun, they are safe, and the staff is friendly.

The program is amazing and my daughter loves her class and teacher. Mrs Johnson is an exceptional teacher, she goes above and beyond for her students and parents. Mr Lewis an awesome parent liaison and work as a great support system for the students.

I love everything about Merritt Park Head Start Center, they are great with the children and and great with maintaining open communication with the families as well. They offer many services that is great for out young ones to have, for example they were doing screenings for the eyes and teeth and it was from the eye screening that we found out that our child had an existing eye problem which means he has to wear glasses now. So we are extremely grateful for that. I would recommend this school to any family.

Feels like you are visiting with family during the summer. Exciting and varied programs. Keeps the kids engaged and moving. They learn new things weekly and we like the emphasis on building strong character values.The kids always want to come back to the Y camp!!!The Tarr/Dunston Family

My son attends their aftercare enrichment program. He loves his teachers and really enjoy the after school activities. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We have also attended free family events at the Y. They are always a lot of fun.

The staff in the gym is very attentive when speaking with anyone. I love that they allow you to make appointments so they can help you in whatever way possible to help you get on the road to fitness

The staff is friendly and really care about the children. The facility is always clean and my son loves the meals and activities.

Both of my children find Y camp to be fun and educational. My son has never been more excited to get moving in the morning. He has even asked to return next summer. I love that it is mostly outdoors and filled with fun activities. The counslers are very friendly and fun.

I would never go here, if it was the last Y in the tri state area. A while back, a woman named Celestine was at the front when I went to meet my friend for a Zumba night. My goodness, she was the worst. Again, this was a while ago, meaning a year, but I'm writing it because as I was invited back here for something else a month ago, I immediately recalled that horrible encounter. Condescending, snarky, arrogant, rude, and a little something else. A miserable woman. Anyone can view my profile and see that I give honest reviews allllllllll the time. I don't know if this woman still works here but if she does, I hope she's happier in her life

Great summer camp! My kids loved the camp and the counselors. Tons of fun for them and always came home with something good to say about their day.

both my children attended this school. its a great school but learning is definitely different from when my daughter attended. i feel that there should be more hands on project for the kids so that the learning can be fun for them
