I've got to start out by saying it's a Taxing Authority. I'm not really fond of the place. However, taxes are a way of life and I have found them to be very fair and willing to work with people if the need arises.

I'm not going to recommend that you go visit them unless you have a tax problem. If you do - don't make the mistake of letting it drag on to ignore it simply makes it worse for you in the long run.
