The bloke was nice but the advice was right off and nearly cost me 1800 for something not needed. I ended up having to pay 200 for a visit that led to no outcome. The issue fixed itself somehow meaning the serviceman had no idea what the issue was he charged me 200 to advise on and asked 1800 to repair. Given I d paid 450 for some sort of platinum customer status and service this is extremlty disappointing. The pond and garage power work again with consistent power no thanks to any work done (no work was done because i refused the 1800 work fee). Sadly I now have a lemon platinum status and will not be using these guys again. Complete waste of money and time
