After years of back pain stemming from an old football injury, years of construction work laying brick, monthly visits to a chiropractor using the gonstead method with adjustments that usually did not last a month, to a friend telling me how much they enjoyed 1st Place Chiropractic and the nucca experience. Back pain is rare if at all. I have gone 3 to 6 months with no adjustment!
