What really made my stay excellent was the way I was treated by Benjamin Penos, the concierge. He really excelled in the hospitality department, and I left feeling that I had made a friend on the other side of the world. I also liked the room, the hotel restaurant, the closeness to Marina Bay area which is truly "world class", and the super cool open air festival market which opens every night right next to the hotel. My wife and I loved eating Satay there - flame broiled meat on a stick (prangs, beef, chicken).
