When trying to ask what my options were for repayment, I was treated with disrespect and told I would be recorded as failure to pay and the case manager, Shonda hung up on me.Tried to call back and talk to supervisor to report her and was hung up on for a second time. seems to me if some one is trying to make something right, you would treat the with better customer service.
