I do not see normal that in the middle of December it takes 15 minutes to approach our table to take note, and that it takes another 20 minutes to serve us, I do not see it normal. I do not see normal that having the place full at 12-13 of the day, there are only 2 waiters attending, while two others are giggling. I do not know the schedules they have but if they have entered at 9 very soon, it does not make sense to take a break at 12. I do not blame any of the workers, rather those responsible who do not hire more staff at this time of year , and force their workers to work twice as much. Finally, the food leaves a lot to be desired, soda, cold and without any flavor.
