I do not recommend. I called the service department before I arrived and asked if they had availability for an oil change. They informed me on the phone that it would take about 45 minutes for everything I need done. So I made the appointment. When I get there I was just standing there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to greet me and get me checked in. There were 3 gentleman just standing leaning against the back table. Then a young lady asked if I was being helped and had to get the attention of the guys and one of them said I'm busy right now when he was just standing there. Finally someone took me and then the process for the oil change took 2 hours! A 2 hour oil change is outrageous in my eyes. Then they give me quotes on what they noticed and then I wasn't explained any of the detail and the person talking with me had very little knowledge of what he was doing.
