My experience was the best I have ever received at Pearson Honda since I purchased my crv. I was told it would be about 30 minutes and I was on my way in 30 minutes!! Unbelievable the young lady that I delt with was super to work with and Scott was great to work with when the work was finished. Now I m just speaking for myself I had a great experience on the other hand as I was speaking to other people in the waiting room we re not so happy one man had been there for a oil change for over a hour, unacceptable since he was told 30 minutes. I feel that the service department needs to get a little bit more consistent with there times on in and out...I understand the service department doesn t make much money off of oil changes or under warranty issues but they should get paid top dollar for there performance. I respect the people that work on my vehicle and they should get paid for doing a good job.....
