Lots of pros and cons and it is hard to say which one outweighed the other.
Pros: GREAT location! Room was a good size! We stayed in 1127 which is a deluxe one bedroom. My husband and our 2 and 6 year old were more than comfortable. They slept on the bunk beds some nights and some nights they slept on the pull out couch. Very easy access to the beach. Kiddie pool area across the street was great! And having a Starbucks on the property was also great! Room was clean. Not exceptional but clean.
There is a also a sky bar and ice cream and pizza shop on the sky bridge as well. Cons: Biggest one is that water was cut off from about 2:30 in the afternoon until about 10:30 that night. Took multiple calls and attempts to get it cut back on. There is no staff on site at all which was a nightmare when trying to get the water back on. When someone finally arrived, he was very friendly. Access around the property is VERY inconvenient. Going from our unit to the car was a nightmare. Lots of up and down stairs and walking and forever waiting on elevators. Spent half of our vacation waiting on an elevator! The verdict is still out on if we will be back or not.
