Review of Radisson SAS Hotel Nydalen

I had booked rooms well in advance of my stay, but...

I had booked rooms well in advance of my stay, but ended up on the 3rd floor where the most worn and outdated rooms are located. Blow hard bed (okay - it's a taste thing), hair dryer of the old type that stops working if you use it continuously for more than 2 minutes, dirty mirror, long black hair on the bathroom floor, etc.
When the lady at check out asked how the stay had been I said that was true; not nice. I still wonder why she asked - she didn't listen when I answered. She just nodded and said yes, yes, yes .....
If you think it is OK to stand in a bathtub to shower, not occupied with clean rooms and like hard beds and pillows - yes, then this is the right hotel to choose.
Also positive was the fine lobby, OK breakfast and the hotel is a stone's throw from BI Nydalen.
